Muhammad Hasan was a soldier in every sense for the Pure Islam and Wilayat. Although he was an expert in performing surgeries, he was also a manager, driver of ambulance and a fighter. If there was a place where they needed an orator, he would orate very well, he was fluent in English language; he was also a photographer, a videographer, a poet and a Karate teacher.

In order to strengthen his body, he would perform various exercises and he was a Kyokushin Karate teacher. He was a lifeguard for swimming and would perform rock climbing. In this way he would increase the ability and strength of his body.
