His presence in Syria started out as a teacher, however he shined out between the army in such a way that he was promoted to the level of Commandership. Later he was also made the Commander of the army Sayyadush Shohada (as).

Muhammad Husain was known by the name ‘Haj Ammar’. Haj Qasem Sulaimani had a special attention at him and during one of their meetings he said, “Ammar is like (Martyr) Himmat for me.”

His bravery and chivalry became the reason that he was always on the front line. His fearlessness was famous among everyone. Due to his military command and intelligence he was always on the war front. On 7th November 2015, he attained his inner wish and was bathed in his own blood in the city of Aleppo and achieved martyrdom.
